I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Santiago. The location was fantastic, just around the corner from the Los Leones metro station in the pleasant Providencia district. There were several restaurants nearby, making it convenient for meals. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. Although the breakfast was mediocre, the included amenities such as the swimming pool and free WiFi made up for it. I would definitely stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay at this place in Santiago! The location was perfect, as it was close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It was also just around the corner from some amazing restaurants, where I had the chance to enjoy delicious food and wine.

Recommending this hotel to my family would be a no-brainer. The combination of its luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and prime location makes it the perfect choice for anyone visiting this city.

Great location! Very close to public transportation and several good restaurants nearby. the breakfast was also quite enjoyable. There were a variety of options available including pastries, fresh juices, and fruit. Another positive aspect was the comfortable and well-equipped room.

My experience was somewhat ruined by the lack of responsiveness from the hotel's staff. When I encountered a problem with the room, it took a long time to get any help or resolution.
