ibis in puerto montt was a pleasant surprise during our summer holiday! the room on the 7th floor had a stunning view of the front, harbour, and sea. the staff were welcoming and helpful, providing great advice for our trip in chile. breakfast was delicious and the hotel felt safe.

It's also conveniently situated right next to the main bus terminal, which is perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant stay. With helpful and charming staff, you'll receive excellent service throughout your stay. Don't forget to check out the nearby grocery mercado, a convenient addition to your stay.

During our romantic getaway, we indulged in two complementary amenities that made our stay even better. the breakfast buffet offered delicious pastries and fresh fruit, and the free Wi-Fi allowed us to research local activities and restaurants. the hotel’s location was convenient as it was within walking distance to the bus station and near other tourist attractions. the cherry on top was the stunning view from our room.

The downside was the limited food options. While the hotel offered an evening meal service, the menu was limited, and the food lacked flavor.

I had a great stay at Ibis Puerto Montt. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. I had a good night's sleep without any disturbances. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The hotel's location, right next to the bus terminal, was convenient for my travels. The room was clean and the shower was excellent. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Ibis. the location was unbeatable, right next to the bus terminal and with a beautiful view of the water. the staff were welcoming and accommodating, providing a room before check-in time and securely holding my luggage. the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the convenience of having quick computers available in the lobby. I highly recommend Hotel Ibis and will definitely stay there again.
