As longer-term business travelers, we loved the king size beds and the helpful staff. They assisted us with tour arrangements and transportation and provided excellent service. The pool and patio area felt like a personal oasis, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Breakfast was a treat with a variety of options and customized coffee or tea. The garden-level room allowed easy access to the pool and patio.

The hotel was in a great location, close to everything I needed to get to in the Lastarria neighborhood of Santiago. It was clean and had excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was really good, and the hotel had easy access to transportation, including the San Cristóbal funicular.
