Spacious suite with private spa, large living room, and big bathroom with double sinks. Friendly staff, great facilities including pool, gym, and spa. Loved the lagoon and playground for kids. Varied breakfast and fast room service. a clean, modern hotel with excellent food options.

The hotel was quite modern and had a friendly staff. the room was very clean and had a great shower with hot water. the internet connection worked perfectly fine, which was great. the food in the restaurants was of very good quality, we were particularly impressed with dinner and breakfast. the hotel was located next to the freeway, making it a great place to pause and relax during a road trip.

The hotel was quite expensive for what we experienced in Chile. We also had some issues with the spa and sauna reservations we had made the day before.

Our suite was absolutely luxurious, spacious, and had exclusive amenities such as a private spa and a large living room. the bathroom was big and well-equipped with two sinks. We also enjoyed the hotel's public garden area and rooftop pool that provided stunning views of the surroundings. the restaurant and bar areas were great places to relax and enjoy a good meal or drinks.

We reserved a sauna and spa appointment, but there was no staff present at the designated time, and the saunas were unfortunately cold.

I had a wonderful stay at Mds Hotel in Chillan. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool and spa. Despite the slight noise from the air outlet, my overall experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
