my recent overnight stay in santiago exceeded expectations. mercure was comfortable with helpful staff, perfect location, and amazing breakfast.

This place is located right in the center of the city, making it super convenient to explore all the hotspots nearby. The Saint Lucia metro station is right next to the hotel, so getting around is a breeze. The staff here are amazing - they were always friendly and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed and a great view. the level of service and comfort at this hotel is top-notch.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family. They would love the convenient location and the excellent service provided here.

As backpackers, we loved the prime location just steps away from the subway and main shopping streets. The reception staff was extremely helpful in organizing a tour guide and driver for the day. The size of the room was perfect and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the assistance with luggage when we had to leave early in the morning. The breakfast was decent and the hotel had a clean fitness room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Santiago and had a great experience. The location was perfect for us to easily arrange transfers to Valparaiso and find a currency exchange in the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food. We also enjoyed the view from the rooftop pool bar, where we could watch the sunset over the Andes mountains.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Santiago Centro. I stayed for a few nights to recover from a long-haul flight before heading to Patagonia. The hotel is well-maintained, with spacious and modern rooms. The location is perfect, right next to the Santa Lucia metro station and within walking distance to many attractions such as Plaza de Armas and Santa Lucia Hill. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool area was a great place to relax. excellent value for money.
