We were warmly welcomed as the first guests from Germany, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even made special food for me when I was sick. The interior design of the rooms was amazing, and I loved it so much that I'm trying to replicate it in my own bedroom at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in Santiago and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Bellavista and only a short walk away from the bustling Lastarria district. The hotel was also conveniently located near the Baquedano metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh food. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

That the hotel didn't have an elevator, which made it a bit of a challenge to carry my luggage up to the fourth floor.

Spending Christmas at this small hotel was a great choice. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home right away. the breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the metro and many local attractions within walking distance. the rooftop terrace was an added bonus, offering stunning views of the city.

The rooms were a bit small and cramped, which made it challenging to move around and store luggage. we found the street noise to be a bit too loud at times, which made it difficult to sleep.

As business guests, we enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the delicious, generous breakfast. The staff members Tamara and Andreas were always helpful and accommodating. We also appreciated the complimentary glass of Chilean wine upon arrival and the beautiful courtyard garden with a koi pond. The location was ideal, with easy access to tourist attractions either by walking or using affordable Uber/Taxi services. In addition, the hotel provided bikes for guest use free of charge, which was a nice bonus.

Felt very lucky, as we had nothing to complain about during our stay.
