The noise from the avenue and thin walls really compromised the peace!!! The rooms were cramped, leaving little space for luggage storage, which can be a hassle!!! Improvements in the bathroom facilities and sound insulation would be beneficial!!!

Consider asking the front desk for laundry service recommendations, as they can suggest local vendors for pickup since there is no in-house option.

the noisy streets and paper-thin walls absolutely ruined my peace. crampt space for luggage? not ideal for me. woudl ve been nice to receive a upgrade as compensation for my troubles, but clearly, that’s too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t due to the ridiculousness of it all!

Breakfast was a highlight for me it was more than enough to start the day. I particularly enjoyed the sports bar next door with great burgers and good beers which added to the experience.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but considering the overall experience it was still reasonable.

mr express is an excellent hotel, very comfortable, and super close to costanera center shopping mall. the staff feels like family, especially sebastian and jose, who were incredibly helpful. the american breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the location is perfect, with local transportation nearby and plenty of good shops around.

The breakfast was diverse and satisfying, with the addition of morning snacks for early excursions. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the Standard Triple Room felt cramped and outdated, especially with the mold issue in the bathroom. This could detract from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our two-night stay in this older hotel, with commendable service and a good breakfast. However, the compact room was a tight fit for three. Consider prioritizing luggage space if traveling with multiple adults. The location is safe and conveniently close to the metro.

The location was fantastic! We loved being just 3 blocks from the vibrant dining scene on Apoquindo Avenue. Plus, the American-style breakfast was a hit with everyone, especially our kiddo. The beds were comfy, and we always felt secure during our stay.

For dads, it would be great to have more storage in the room for kids' toys and clothing.
