i loved my stay at nh collection. the room was bright, clean, and super comfortable. i was really impressed by the attentive staff, especially javiera, who made us feel welcome. the location is perfect, right near a mall filled with shopping and charming rooftop restaurants. and the free wi-fi made it easy to relax during my stay.

this so-called hotel is a joke. the lobby and gym are so small you can barely move, and don’t even get me started on breakfast—served at a mall across the street. absolutely ridiculous! with my status, I expected a room upgrade or complimentary coffee, but here I am, just another guest. could barely breathe with those pillows!
