The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a subway station, and within walking distance to a big shopping mall under a tall tower. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a safe and a mini fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood felt safe to walk around at night.

The breakfast service was inefficient, with a lack of scrambled eggs and crockery and glasses not being promptly replaced.

The front desk staff spoke English and were great! They were very helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of foods and was included in the room rate. The hotel's location in the Providencia area was central to the business district, making it easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants.
