I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was considering the great location in the Principado area of Santiago. Secondly, the staff was incredibly attentive and courteous, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of prices, service, and breakfast.

The only minor issue I experienced was that the entrance to the hotel was a bit small, but it wasn't a major problem at all.

The room was spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was also great, being close to a popular area with plenty of restaurants and shops. Additionally, I really enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel, it was a good start to the day.

The noise at night was quite bothersome, especially on the lower floors. the entrance to the hotel was also quite small, which made it feel crowded and cramped.

We decided to spend our Christmas at a hotel in the city. The hotel was located in a central area, perfect for exploring all the main attractions on foot. The room was quite spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet which had a good variety of options to choose from.

Our Christmas stay did not meet our expectations. The noise levels were extremely high, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the staff seemed understaffed, which resulted in a delay in checking in and out. Moreover, in the room, there were not enough power sockets and the Wi-Fi signal was weak. it was not the relaxing and enjoyable experience we had hoped for.
