We had a minor issue with the payment authorization when we first arrived, but the staff at Wyndham Santiago Pettra handled it promptly and professionally. They ensured that our rooms were ready as soon as everything was sorted out. The level of attentiveness and care they showed was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for its efficient and accommodating service.

Spending my New Year's at this hotel was fantastic! There were two complementary drinks and snacks waiting for us upon arrival, which we really enjoyed. The location was perfect – close to great restaurants and shops, but still in a quieter area. Plus, the room was spotless and had a great view.

The lighting in the room wasn't quite perfect – it was a bit too dim for my liking. Other than that, I really had no complaints.

From the moment we arrived, this venue provided us with a luxurious stay, fulfilling our exclusive amenities needs. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and treatment room were highlights of the Spa & wellness centre. The live entertainment and BBQ facilities made for a memorable evening. The room was spacious, complete with a private spa lounge and in-room breakfast. The location was convenient, with plenty of dining choices within walking distance.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of foot massage services in the Spa centre. However, the exceptional service from the staff made up for the small inconvenience.
