the radisson has an excellent location right in the heart of town, just steps away from the lake and a nearby casino. our room was spacious with a lovely view. we enjoyed the breakfast, but the highlight was definitely relaxing with a massage at the spa. the staff were super pleasant and accommodating.

i almost gave a good review, but i couldn’t. the staff were utterly clueless about local activities and even told me kayaking was impossible. the parking situation was chaotic with a ridiculous number of cars crammed in. as if that’s not enough, i expected some kind of special treatment, but no one even cared enough to check on me.

this hotel has an amazin location right by the lake, our room had a great view of the volcano which was just breath-taking. the staff were super friendly and helped us check in really early without any extra charge! breakfast was good too, with lots of tasty options to start the day. we enjoyed chillin at the heated pool which was a nice touch after exploring the area. overall, its a comfy place to stay with a lovely vibe.
