I was very impressed with my recent stay at the Renaissance Santiago. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a great vibe. The staff, especially Pier, were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with plenty to do within walking distance.

Comfortable accommodations, impeccable cleanliness, and friendly staff. Helpful concierge and great recommendations for vineyard tours and city sightseeing. I had a fantastic stay in the heart of Vitacura neighborhood with easy access to the subway station. The hotel's location was ideal, being within walking distance of the best shopping mall and beautiful parks. The room was spacious and always kept spotlessly clean. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and attentive employees like Bryan and Jose. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel had a stylish bar area and a relaxing outdoor pool/bar space.

It was a bit disappointing that the housekeeping service missed a few small details and didn't clean the room until late in the afternoon.

The luxurious amenities in this hotel are unparalleled. the spa and wellness centre is the perfect spot for relaxation with a sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and treatment rooms. There is live entertainment in the evenings and a beautiful garden area with sun loungers.

The only minor issue was the lack of room service for breakfast. Despite the many amenities, there is no in-room breakfast option available.
