The comfortable room and bed, as well as the useful gym, were appreciated. the facilities were upmarket and met expectations for this category.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in Punta Arenas. the location was perfect, right in the city center and just a short walk to the beach and Plaza de Armas. the exterior and interior of the hotel were beautiful, and our room was clean and spacious. the breakfast was unexpectedly amazing, and they even offered a breakfast to go option that was enough for two hungry adults. the staff were extremely accommodating, offering a welcome drink and providing excellent service throughout our stay. They even helped us retrieve a lost cell phone within minutes. We are so grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to others.
