We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - it was conveniently situated between two metro stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also appreciated the service car hire option offered by the hotel, which made getting around even more convenient. The bell staff/porter were always helpful and attentive, ensuring that our every need was taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch - from the heating and air conditioning to the tea and coffee facilities, we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The in-room safe provided an added sense of security, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully-equipped kitchen and kitchenette in our room, complete with cookware and utensils. This made it easy for us to prepare our own meals when we didn't feel like dining out. the room was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment-style setup was convenient, and the daily maid service was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The front desk staff was helpful and available 24 hours a day. The rate was very reasonable for the quality and location. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Santiago.

The hotel is conveniently located in a great area, with the metro station just a short walk away. It's in an upscale Santiago neighborhood, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The rooms are modern and clean, with kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. The breakfast is included and delivered directly to the room. The rooftop access provides beautiful views of the city.

Some of the staff at the front desk were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Spent Christmas here and it was great! The rooms were modern and comfy, with a fully-equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. The hotel was situated in a lovely area, close to the metro stations and many beautiful shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. A big plus was the rooftop access which had stunning views of the city, perfect for a Christmas drink.

The breakfast was a bit small. It would be nice if they offered more variety.
