We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very near to the La Moneda station and in the centre of a lovely city. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities such as the mini-bar, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. this place provided us with a great experience.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the modern rooms which were equipped with air conditioning and had clean facilities. the location of the hotel was convenient, being situated near shopping centers and restaurants. the included breakfast was satisfying, offering a variety of breakfast items to choose from.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient for business travelers. It is very close to the airport bus station, making it easy to catch flights. Additionally, there is a grocery store nearby that is open most hours, allowing guests to easily purchase any necessities they may need during their stay. Furthermore, the hotel is located near a metro station, providing quick and easy access to various parts of the city.

One downside of the hotel is that the breakfast service seems to be lacking. According to a previous review, there were delays in getting the breakfast prepared and some items were not available on time.

We recently stayed at Rq for three nights during our visit to Santiago. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for exploring the city. The breakfast was plentiful and had a good variety of options. Our room had an outstanding view of the city, and it was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the underground and close proximity to popular attractions. We felt safe in the building and had a wonderful overall experience.
