The hotel also has facilities such as a spa, pool and gym, which are great additions to the overall experience.

Some staff members at the front desk were not very eager to assist, which was a minor inconvenience.

Delightful colonial-style hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz with an incredible museum and shop. Excellent breakfast and dinner options, along with top-notch service. Beautiful swimming pool area reminiscent of the Caribbean. a fantastic stay!

Great location, right in front of the main square.

We had a fantastic city trip and it was made better by the great hotel we stayed in. the free pass to the museum was an unexpected bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed. the buffet breakfast was excellent and really set us up for the day. the location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere and explore all the city had to offer. the staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome.

That the gym facilities were poor, not ideal for keeping up with our fitness routines. the noise level could be a bit much at night, with dogs howling and barking in a nearby park which made it difficult to sleep.

This venue was a luxurious and exclusive experience from the moment I stepped in. the beautiful and well-designed building held a spa centre, live entertainment and a lovely outdoor swimming pool perfect for a relaxing afternoon under the sun. the variety of body treatments available, such as massages and body wraps were a delight and fulfilled my luxurious needs.

The hotel's central location puts you right in the heart of Santa Cruz. The traditional and well-maintained grounds create a pleasant atmosphere. The staff, who dedicate 95% of their efforts to providing excellent service, are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast, served by the nice restaurant staff, is delicious. The hotel itself is beautiful and boasts direct access to the casino and the excellent Colchagua museum, which showcases a wide range of artifacts and collections.

Felt like part of the family, nothing to complain about.

The renovated property offers great views from rooms with balconies. The restaurant serves good food, and the attentive staff made the dining experience enjoyable. Convenient location for visiting wineries, and the hotel's tour office arranged a great tour. The breakfast selection was impressive.
