The room was spacious and the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to easily access all the attractions and sights. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for things to do and see in the area.

The atmosphere at the hostel was not what we expected. It felt more like a house for the employees rather than a welcoming and sociable hostel.

I recently stayed at Backpackers for a few nights during my visit to the city. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of all the action with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I loved that there were free walking tours just a short walk away. The room, although basic, was accurately portrayed in the photos and the shared spaces were well-maintained. The staff was also incredibly helpful, assisting me in arranging a 5am taxi to the airport. Additionally, the hostel had a great kitchen and breakfast, and there were lots of friendly volunteer staff members and social events to enjoy.

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions on things to do and places to visit. The common room was a great place to hang out and meet other travelers, making it easy to socialize and find people to explore the city with. the free dinner on Tuesday was a nice touch and provided a chance to connect with fellow guests.

The dorm room smelled musty and could use some freshening up. The duvets and couches in the common room were worn out and in need of replacement.
