Friendly staff, affordable hotel taxis, spacious indoor pool, great food with a wide breakfast selection. Lovely sea views throughout, including from the gym. Terrace and pool areas provide a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy drinks. Comfortable room with sea view, and helpful concierge. Good location near main beach. Outdoor pool may be too cold, but spa's indoor pool is warm with waterfalls and jets. Enjoyed a relaxing time before cruise. Nice terrace to relax and read. Comfortable bedroom with separate bath and shower. had a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, providing top-notch service. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable with stunning balcony views of the sea. The food from the restaurant was 5-star and the prices were very generous. The location right on the beach offered amazing views of the sea and city.

The staff made us feel like family, especially Natalia at the front desk and Alejandro in the bar. The view from our room was spectacular and the car service arranged by the concierge was outstanding. The hotel taxis were reasonably priced and always available. The indoor pool was spacious and great for kids. The food was excellent, with a generous choice at breakfast.

We had an incredible stay at the Sheraton in Vina del Mar. The views from our room of the Pacific Ocean were absolutely breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable, especially the night bartenders and manager. Their exceptional service took our experience from awesome to surreal. We cannot thank them enough for making our stay even better. we highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with great location, fabulous view of the ocean. Extra quiet rooms, comfortable bed. Staff friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Terrace and pool areas wonderful to relax and enjoy the waves crashing on the rocks.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the comfortable beds and the beautiful views from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. It was easy to explore the local sights and the location right on the beach was perfect.
