solace hotel santiago exceeded my expectations during this romantic stay. the staff was helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was above average. the location was also convenient, with a metro station nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The value for money at Solace Hotel was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel's central location gave us easy access to public transport and great nearby restaurants. The staff, especially the helpful girl at reception and the gentleman during checkout, provided friendly and attentive service.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety and options.

Great Service and Accommodation! The staff went above and beyond, and their fluent English was a huge plus. Booked a suite and it was totally worth it! The double aspect room had stunning views. The breakfast was delicious and the waiting staff were attentive. The rooftop pool was perfect to cool off, with comfortable beanbags and loungers. The bar and seating area on the roof were also fantastic. The hotel organized an amazing trek up the Andes, which included a stop at the hot springs. It was an incredible experience!

Waiters during breakfast could be more attentive to tables. The gym was small and only had cardio machines.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and easygoing, making me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. the rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and modern decor. What I enjoyed the most was the fabulous views from the top floor, where the pool, bar, and exercise equipment were located. It was a wonderful bonus to be able to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Honestly, there was nothing that I disliked about my experience at this hotel. the service was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the immaculately clean and beautiful lobby and decor at Solace Hotel. The large and comfortable rooms were perfect for us. The staff went above and beyond, giving us fantastic recommendations for shops, food, and drinks. We also appreciated the free coffee all day. The location was great, with plenty of food, drinks, and shops within a 15-minute walking distance.

The gym was quite small, and some rooms had limited views. Additionally, the pillows were not very comfortable as they were too high for our liking.

The rooftop swimming pool and gym were a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff were helpful, professional, and friendly. A luxurious way to end our travels. The rooftop view is amazing, the swimming pool area is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly kind. We loved the convenient and affordable taxi service provided by the hotel. The modern and elegant rooms are well-maintained, and the hotel is located on a peaceful street near the embassy and the main avenue.

I recently stayed at Solace Hotel for 3 nights during my trip to Santiago. The hotel's location is excellent, just a half block away from the metro station and close to restaurants and the Costanera Mall. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a great feature, as well as the good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel also offers transportation service to and from the airport, and they were kind enough to allow us to check-in earlier than the usual check-in time. The rooftop terrace, although not available during winter, provided incredible views of the city. The gym, also located on the rooftop, offered the same stunning views.

I had a great time during my 3-night stay at Solace Hotel. The design of the hotel is really cool and the rooftop is amazing. The breakfast was excellent with a diverse selection of food. The staff were very polite and helpful and there are nice restaurants within walking distance. The area felt secure and the price was great for the quality of the hotel.
