The hotel had a good size bed and a nice view from the window. the staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us good recommendations for restaurants nearby. the lobby was well decorated and the hotel was located in a quiet area, away from the city noise.

The hotel lacked attention to detail. the sheets on the bed had visible stains and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Sonesta Hotel in Osorno. The modern decor and spacious rooms were impressive. The staff, especially the friendly and attentive restaurant team, made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. The location, while not in the city center, provided a safe and convenient base for exploring the area. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the nicest area in town, with beautiful surroundings and a great view from the room. The large and clean rooms are well-appointed and have comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel has a heated swimming pool that is very relaxing.

The maintenance team sometimes starts working early in the morning, causing some noise disturbance for guests.

This hotel is located in a very good neighborhood, just a short taxi ride from the bus terminal. According to guests, it's a great place for a relaxed overnight stay during a drive through the Argentine-Chile extended lake area. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and very clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities such as iron and board. The service is excellent and unobtrusive, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a variety of options.

Some guests mentioned that the lighting at the reception could be improved, especially when signing documents.

This hotel is a luxurious haven in the heart of the city. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs. the service was outstanding, from the moment we arrived until checkout. the restaurant provided exquisite in, room breakfast and dinner, with private facilities that felt truly indulgent. the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a drink. the outdoor dining area and snack bar were an added plus.

everything else about this hotel was exceptional and more than made up for this small inconvenience.
