My wife and I stayed at Tierra Patagonia Hotel & Spa for a week, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a unique and comfortable design. The pool and spa facilities were top-notch, and the service was excellent. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast. The organized tours were a standout feature, tailored to each guest and led by passionate and professional guides. The view from our room was the most beautiful I have ever seen, and we were able to catch breathtaking sunsets. The staff, from the friendly receptionists to the attentive waiters, always went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Manager Nicholas deserves a special shoutout for his hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location on the shores of the National Park was stunning and provided easy access to many different sites in the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, especially the pool and spa, were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, always ensuring that we had everything we needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day.

The hotel had an incredible view of the surrounding landscape, with stunning mountains and a beautiful lake. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The activities and excursions offered by the hotel were well-organized and enjoyable.

The food, although presented as upscale and fusion, sometimes felt forced and not up to par with our expectations. The scheduling of the excursions was quite demanding, leaving little time for relaxation during our vacation.

The hotel had good amenities such as a pool and a restaurant. The location was convenient for my meetings. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

The staff were not friendly or helpful. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, which was a big issue for me as I needed to work during my stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and massage services, were exceptional. The infinity pool was surrounded by a beautiful garden area, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The leisure/ TV room was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The room advantages were luxurious and fulfilled all my needs.

The packed lunches were a bit lacklustre and could have offered more variety. Despite this minor issue, the special diet menus were exceptional.

The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and the excursions were well-organized. The pool and spa were a hiker's delight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The food was delicious, although there were some minor inconsistencies. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.
