The location of the hotel was great, close to the Montt subway stop and the clinic I had to go to. It was also near the river, which was lovely. The hotel had a delightful lounge/sitting room and breakfast dining area. I enjoyed the shaded courtyard, it was very appealing. The breakfast each morning was delicious and presented well, with different options available every day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure I was always comfortable.

The rooms on the top floor were quite hot with no AC or fans. Keeping the windows open let in bugs.
