The hotel's stylish art and furnishings enhanced our experience. The Osaka Japanese restaurant served fantastic food. Our spacious corner room had a luxurious shower and bath. The rooftop bar and pool area were perfect for relaxation. The location felt safe and it was convenient to reach the airport with their hotel car service.

Great rooms and location. the rooms were comfortable and the location was key, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel also offered fantastic views from the rooftop bar, which was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink.

Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. the housekeeping staff did not properly restock amenities and had to be reminded multiple times.

I recently spent my Easter weekend at this hotel and had a fantastic time. the location couldn't have been better , right in the heart of the city and close to all the key attractions. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. One of the best things about the hotel was the spacious and clean rooms, with stunning views of the city. It was a delight to wake up every morning and see the beautiful skyline.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like during my stay. the shower had only cold water, which was quite disappointing.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. As it was our 25th wedding anniversary, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were greeted with complimentary champagne and Axel from the reception even made us a beautiful card.

We felt right at home during our stay at the hotel, and there was truly no reason to complain.

The rooftop pool at W was a highlight of our stay. We were personally escorted up there by the General Manager, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. The gym facilities were also top-notch, perfect for staying active during our trip. The concierge provided excellent restaurant recommendations and even gave us a free drink card, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of nearby attractions and amenities to explore.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, mainly for its proximity to my daughter's home. We were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade, even though it didn't have the two beds we had booked. The breakfast was fantastic, especially with the attentive service from Juan Pablo, who remembered us by name. The room, location, and comfort exceeded our expectations compared to other hotels on our trip. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and professional, with the concierge desk being the best I've encountered in all my travels.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in a great location, close to amenities and transportation. the rooftop pool was a highlight; I enjoyed a good atmosphere and refreshing drinks. the concierge was amazing, and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Even though the food was well done, I thought it was expensive for what was offered. the bathroom facilities and amenities seemed a bit old, but they were functional.

I really felt like I got my money's worth staying at this hotel. The room was fantastic, especially the suite with the balcony. The location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Shoutout to Juan Pablo for making breakfast such a memorable experience!
