slow service in the kitchen

I recently stayed at Wild Hostel for four weeks in Chile. The common areas were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. I met a lot of fun travelers during my stay, which added to the experience! The hostel is located right in the center of town, making it easy to get around. The room was great, cozy, and warm. The staff was nice and helpful, giving us perfect advice for our trekking in Torres del Paine National Park. a 10 out of 10 experience!

This hotel is excellent value for money with a great location right in the center of Puerto Natales. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the rooms with shared bathroom are spacious and clean. The breakfast is also delicious and a great way to start the day.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with good showers and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing a welcoming and hospitable environment. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, and the on-site restaurant/bar is convenient. You can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere and chill in the bar/food area.

The hotel doesn't have a kitchen for self-catering, which may not be suitable for budget-conscious travelers or those who prefer to cook their own meals.

We loved the cozy, rustic atmosphere with well-made wooden furniture and a warm staff that made us feel comfortable. The private rooms in the tin sheds were fun, with a gas fire for heating and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and varied, perfect for early morning bus trips to the national park. The hostel's central location in Puerto Natales was a major plus.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! We absolutely loved our stay at Wild Hostel. The ambiance was incredible, with a woodsy theme that made us feel right at home. The dorm room was spacious and had enough room for all our luggage. And let's not forget about the adorable puppy that greeted us, melting our hearts! The breakfast spread was beyond our expectations, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. We also appreciated the warm and comfortable common area, where we met interesting fellow travelers. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy for us to explore. we had a fantastic experience at Wild Hostel and would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience! Loved the cozy rooms and comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious, with warm bread and homemade jams. the lounge had a wood burning stove which added to the mountain cabin feel. Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Location was key, right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. We also appreciated the rental equipment and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Some of the rooms had thin walls, so it was a bit noisy. the bathroom didn't have a door, which made it feel less private.

Beautifully done room, upscale and well-cared for, lovely kitchen, welcoming owner, early check-in.

Loved the cozy atmosphere at this hostel, especially sitting by the wood-fired oven. The breakfast spread was unique and delicious. Though I wish they had a kitchen, the staff was helpful in storing our sandwiches in the fridge. I recommend this spot in Puerto Natales.

wild exceeded my expectations even after my previous stay in puerto natales. the beautiful, spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy communal area, and garden made me feel at home. definitely coming back!

Helpful owner and staff assisted with tour planning. Managed to visit key park points despite campsite issue. Good food, great location, and pleasant vibe. Bueno atmosphere. ☺
