Beautiful design and comfortable amenities

The hotel had a beautiful aesthetic with a Japanese tatami/minimalist style and comfortable amenities such as TOTO Japanese toilets and Malin + Goetz toiletries. the location was convenient and central, with easy access to taxis and public transportation. there were some cleanliness issues and the staff communication regarding payment processes could be improved.

For our romantic escape, we were impressed by the beautiful room decor with Japanese elements and a comfy bed. the staff was kind and very attentive to our requests, making us feel welcome. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, especially the Japanese elements and the delicious fresh fruit. the hotel's location was very convenient, situated near many restaurants and within walking distance to public transportation. the rooftop terrace provided a breathtaking view of the city.

Although our stay was wonderful, the room was a bit small and lacked enough space to move around. We also noticed some dust on the surfaces, and some amenities seemed to have wear and tear.

The hotel oozes luxury from the moment you enter the lobby, with its beautiful furnishing and lighting. the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations, with toiletries from a high-end brand, plush hotel slippers, and a Toto Japanese toilet with a dryer function. the helpful staff was always attentive to the guests' needs.

The one minor issue I experienced was that housekeeping brought additional bottles of water to my room when I was away, leaving my passport and other items out in the open. It would have been better if they had left it outside for security reasons.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and incorporates Japanese elements for a unique dining experience. The hotel also provides modern facilities like a Samsung TV and a kettle for tea enthusiasts.

Some minor cleanliness issues were noted, such as visible dust on tap handles and surfaces, which could be improved.
