While our overall experience was exceptional, we encountered a minor issue due to language barriers with the staff. However, this was swiftly resolved, and it did not affect the overall quality of our stay at this hotel.

Big rooms and a very cool design. the hotel is located in the middle of everything and it was fantastic to be able to walk to all the attractions. the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The language barrier caused some small issues where we didn't understand each other, but nothing too bad. However, there were a few bigger issues that weren't handled very well.
