We loved our stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with the subway station just a short walk away. Being right next to XinTianDi, we had plenty of dining options and entertainment right at our doorstep. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I absolutely loved the fluffy soft bed, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The King Room with a view of Xintiandi was very nice, and the hotel's location in the center of the city's vibrant nightlife was perfect. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They spoke English fluently, and the concierge service was excellent, helping us arrange multiple car reservations. The hotel's breakfast facility and the food itself were top-notch, and the 6-8pm happy hour in the bar and lounge was a great addition. the hotel's location, facilities, cleanliness, and helpful staff made for a fantastic stay.

Amazing hotel with great service. The staff at the Andaz Xintiandi were incredibly attentive and professional. We had a fantastic experience during our stay, and the room decoration was excellent. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We highly recommend this hotel. we'll definitely be staying here again.

Felt very at home, nothing too much trouble.

The value for money was excellent, with a well-filled free mini-bar and fresh coffee always available. The room was great, with a super nice bed and the convenience of controlling everything with an iPad mini. The location was perfect, close to the metro and all the happening spots in the city. The staff were attentive and the free happy hour with generous drinks was a nice touch.
