During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked the fact that they offered a free ticket to a nearby museum, which was a great way to spend the holiday. There were several negative aspects to my experience. the door in my room was broken and it locked us inside, causing us to wait for it to be fixed.

The hotel was splendid and fulfilled our luxurious needs.
