We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with a perfect view of the Bund. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the in-room food was great. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop bar. The location was also ideal, as it was close to other popular hotels and attractions in the city.

Stayed at a fantastic luxury hotel for our conference. The guest rooms were spacious and well-equipped with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, with a ferry that takes you to the other side of the river in just a few minutes. While the surrounding area may not be the most interesting, downtown is just a short taxi ride away. Although I didn't get a chance to use the gym and spa facilities, they looked great. The food was good, particularly the breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went the extra mile in the Oceans restaurant. The location was very close to the ferry, making transportation convenient. The breakfast spread was delicious and diverse, catering to different preferences.

The Pool room I booked was beautifully arranged and provided a romantic atmosphere for me and my partner. The staff, especially Mr Ivan, was very kind and attentive, taking excellent care of us throughout our stay. The room itself was one of the most beautiful I've ever stayed in, with stunning views of The Bund from both the room and the rooftop bar. The hotel's location in a quiet area facing a park made it a peaceful retreat from the city's traffic, yet still convenient for exploring nearby tourist attractions. The turn-down service added a luxurious touch with different scented room diffusers each night and even a piece of fruit for those midnight hunger pangs. And let's not forget the TOTO toilets - a marvel of technology!

The helpful Spanish receptionist and accommodating service created a comfortable atmosphere. Special rose petals were given for our anniversary. The view from the 8th floor was amazing, spacious rooms, and a nice spa. Late check-out was appreciated.

The hotel was not actually located on the Bund as advertised, which was a bit disappointing. The staff's English skills were not very good, which made communication difficult at times.
