We stayed at Aulympic Airport Hotel for one night after arriving on a late flight. Despite some initial communication issues, the hotel's website provided all the necessary information for the free airport shuttle and we were able to easily locate the shuttle staff. The family room was spacious, clean, and had a great hot shower. The reception staff was friendly and helped us arrange transportation into the city. the hotel provided a convenient and comfortable stay for our short visit.

I just went to the information area at the arrival section and they helped me arrange the shuttle. the check-in process was smooth and the reception staff spoke English. the room, although basic, was very clean. the hotel staff were attentive, especially the gentleman who helped me with the Wi-Fi and shuttle. it was a good experience and great value for money. I would stay here again if I had another layover at the airport.

I had a fantastic stay in a family room at this hotel. The two adjoining twin rooms were perfect for our family. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were great. I especially liked the onsite restaurant, which offered pleasant food at a good value. The coffee shop/lounge area was also very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and provides a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes, making transportation easy. The shuttle ride to the airport took around 15 minutes. Additionally, there is an onsite mini supermarket, which is open late and provides convenient amenities.

The staff did not seem to care, and I was left feeling frustrated and confused.

A lovely selection of local dishes served till 20:00, perfect for an early dinner. The mix of Western and Chinese buffet breakfast at 5:00 gave me a great excuse to wake up early.

There were a few negative aspects of my experience at the hotel. Firstly, the hotel provided a free transfer from the airport, but it was extremely difficult to contact them about it.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for transit passengers or those with late night or early morning flights. The rooms are clean, functional, and suitable for various needs, including families with children. The room with 4 beds allowed our kids to have their own space to run around. The hotel's location, tucked behind another building and away from the street, creates a sense of security and privacy.

Although all was generally fine, there is room for improvement in a specific area.
