I recently stayed at the Bell Tower Hotel in Xi'an for a few nights and I couldn't have picked a better place. The hotel's location, next to the bell and drum towers, is unmatched and convenient for exploring the city center in the evenings. This was my second visit to Xi'an and both times I chose to stay at this hotel because of its unbeatable location. The surrounding area is filled with malls, nice stores, and delicious food options, including the famous Muslim food street. It was incredibly convenient to have these attractions within easy walking distance. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities, such as efficient AC. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the hotel even served really good coffee in the restaurant area. I had a great experience and would highly recommend the Bell Tower Hotel for anyone visiting Xi'an.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling old town region. Being situated at the busy roundabout next to the Bell Tower, I was able to easily explore all the historic sites within the ancient city walls. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the Bell Tower and even having a small balcony to enjoy it from. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even an in-room safe. I also appreciated the prompt and efficient room service, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The location of Bell Tower Hotel in Xi'an is unbeatable. Right in the middle of the action, it offers easy access to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the vibrant Muslim Quarter food stalls. The view from the large windows in my room, overlooking the beautifully lit up bell tower at night, was breathtaking. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and ample desk space. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making it a great choice for business guests.

Liked the key location facts , within walking distance to the City Wall, Muslim Street Market, and with a view of the Bell Tower from our room. the hotel staff were helpful and we were able to easily arrange a car to the Terra, cotta Warriors through the front desk. the rooms were clean and housekeeping did a good job.

Disliked the condition of the rooms , they were in need of renovation and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. Our room had a broken lamp and some mold around the bathtub.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right in the city center and with a great view of the bell tower from our room. The hotel facilities were splendid, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. We were also impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, particularly the front desk. Additionally, transportation options were convenient, with a metro station right outside the door and easy access to the old city wall.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable - I could easily walk to fantastic restaurants, explore the Moslem Quarter, visit the Bell Tower, and even rent bicycles to ride along the city wall. The staff was always helpful and spoke English well, making communication a breeze. The bed was comfortable and the bed linens were soft and cozy. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a hairdryer, electric kettle, and complimentary bottled water. Getting a taxi was also convenient; the front desk staff kindly wrote my destination in Chinese, ensuring a smooth ride. And let me tell you, the view of the lighted hotel and Bell Tower at night was truly spectacular!

Additionally, there were several breakfast options nearby, including Starbucks, which saved me from paying the high prices at the hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to all the tourist sites and the metro. We were able to walk to the Bell & Drum Towers, Muslim Quarter, and the city walls. Additionally, our room had a great view of the surrounding area, especially at night when the towers were beautifully lit up.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the air-conditioning in our room was not very efficient, and as it was quite hot outside, the room didn't feel cool enough.

The hotel's lounge provided a great space for relaxation, especially for our group. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of Flavor Street and shopping areas. Having a Starbucks just around the corner was a nice bonus as well.
