Our stay at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive. From the moment we arrived, the staff offered us exceptional service and fulfilled our every need. The Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room were outstanding. The full body massage and facial at the spa lounge were rejuvenating. The restaurant served delicious halal food, and the bar/lounge area provided a wide selection of drinks. The private facilities and room advantages made our stay unforgettable.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited food options in the area. However, the restaurant at the hotel served delicious meals that more than made up for it.

I arrived at Bellagio By Mgm Shanghai - On The Bund a bit before check-in time. My room wasn't ready, but the friendly and knowledgeable staff gave me a tour of the hotel. I had paid for a room with a river view and terrace, and it was absolutely wonderful! The facilities, including the pool and jacuzzi, were impressive. The neighborhood was also great for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel.
