Very large rooms with great amenities, comfortable beds, and walk-in showers. Helpful staff, kept bags for weeks. Convenient location, close to ferry and buses. Fast wifi and self-service tea and coffee.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to buses that take you to major tourist destinations. it is just a short taxi ride away from the ferry. The staff is helpful, as they provided umbrellas when it was raining and arranged for a boxed breakfast when we had to leave early. The rooms were clean and the wifi had super speed, making it convenient for guests. The lobby also had a self-service area with tea, coffee, and cookies, adding a nice touch to the stay.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms had a slight smell of smoke, although it was not significant enough for them to request a change of room.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good breakfast options, including both Western and Chinese cuisine. Helpful staff who arranged a boxed breakfast and assisted with WIFI. Convenient location with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Plenty of international stores, restaurants, cafes, and bars in the surrounding area.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is so convenient, being close to the ferry and having buses that can take you to all the major tourist destinations. It made exploring the city so much easier. Plus, the hotel is just a short taxi ride away, perfect for those rainy days.

I would totally recommend this hotel to my friends.

The buffet breakfast was quite good, lots of choices of food, and varieties of both western and chinese options. The location is also quite good, close to many attractions, easy access to transportation. Another positive aspect was the staff, they were very kind and welcoming.

The room was not cleaned properly before we checked in, the garbage can was not emptied, and the bathroom had some leftover toiletries from the previous guest. , the air conditioning was too cold and despite our requests, the maintenance staff could not fix it.
