My recent stay at the hotel was excellent. The property looked new and had a grand entrance, giving a fresh and shiny vibe. The rooms were well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The location near the lake made it peaceful and quiet, yet still close to downtown. The concierge was very friendly and helpful, taking care of our luggage and even posting our postcards. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a true luxury experience. The private facilities in my room were exclusive and the health club was fantastic. The staff at the restaurant offered impeccable service and the food was unparalleled. The bar/lounge area was the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the gorgeous surrounding scenery. The location advantages are unbeatable with stunning views of the river.

The swimming pool was smaller than expected and felt crowded during peak hours. However, this minor issue did not detract from the overall luxurious experience at the hotel.

The hotel had a nice gym with a variety of equipment to use. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city with many attractions nearby.

The rooms were not up to expectations and did not meet the standard of a luxury hotel. The beds were uncomfortable and the pipes were noisy.
