The room was clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge in my room for added convenience. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I especially appreciated the mobile unit they loaned me, which was a thoughtful touch. Despite some small drawbacks like the small room size and lack of facilities like a gym or restaurant, I felt safe and well taken care of during my stay. I would highly recommend The Burlington for anyone visiting Hong Kong.

The value for money at Burlington was great, with cleverly designed and comfy rooms. The location was superb, close to bars and restaurants yet quiet, with easy access to public transportation. The staff, especially Francis at the front desk, were very professional and accommodating.

Despite the great stay, one thing that could have made the breakfast option better is having a restaurant or dedicated breakfast area in the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our requests with a smile. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and we had a sound sleep. The hotel also had free toiletries and a flat-screen TV for our entertainment. a fantastic experience.
