We recently stayed at Campanile Jing An for a week and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location near the subway and buslines made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were beautifully decorated, equipped with all the amenities we needed, and the daily complementary French butter cookies were a delightful touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we also received drink vouchers upon check-in. Great value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is great, with the metro station just a 10-minute walk away. It is also conveniently close to Jingan Temple subway station and a shopping center. The hotel provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, allowing guests to work or read a book in the lobby. The rooms are clean and the staff is attentive and enthusiastic.

Some staff members at the reception hardly speak any English, which can be frustrating for international guests.

The room at Campanile was clean, comfortable, and had modern finishes. The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The bed was great and there were even chocolates on arrival. a fantastic experience for any tourist.

The staff at the front desk, especially Crystal and Summer, were welcoming and efficient. The lobby is spacious with various facilities. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and value.

The free biscuits and tea were a nice touch and were much appreciated after a long journey. the location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. the hotel also had good Wi-Fi, which made planning our activities much easier.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as there were dirty spots on the walls and windows. the noise level was also a problem, as we could hear our neighbors talking and moving around.

my stay at campanile exceeded my expectations. the lobby and rooms had a fresh decor and atmosphere, and the hotel offered a variety of activities like pool and foosball. the location was convenient, close to attractions and easily accessible by taxi. overall, it was a relaxing holiday experience.

Mattress could have been firmer.

The hotel had clean and spacious rooms, with modern and nicely decorated interiors. The breakfast offered a good variety of Chinese and Western food options, and I appreciated the soft bed and good AC. The location was great, being only a short distance from the Jing An subway station. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi provided in the hotel was excellent.

I found the staff to be lacking in some areas. There were instances where they were not attentive, such as not noticing my dinner order was ready and not providing directions on their website.
