I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at CHAO. The room was huge and had the largest "living room" I've seen in a standard hotel room. The location next to Sanlitun Taikoo Li was amazing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

My xmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the best aspects were the delicious breakfast and the helpful staff. the breakfast had a wide variety of options and everything was delicious! the staff were always available to assist and were very accommodating. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the shopping area and other attractions. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the spacious and clean rooms. my xmas experience at this hotel was fantastic!

The only downside was that the rooms could be a bit noisy, as there was no carpeting and noises from the floor above could be heard. Additionally, there was a slight smell of smoke in the room at times, even though it was a non-smoking floor.

The hotel had an amazing location, super close to the city center and in a neighborhood with lots of nice eateries and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options from both Eastern and Western menus. The staff was very professional and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large and clean room and stylish common areas.

I also appreciated the well-equipped gym and the thoughtfulness put into the room facilities. Chao Sanlitun provided an exceptional experience that I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at a trendy, modern hotel in Beijing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We were disappointed that our tour was cancelled due to weather, but the concierge, Melo, arranged a private car to take us to a different section of the Great Wall. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. we highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay.
