I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at CHAO. The room was huge and had the largest "living room" I've seen in a standard hotel room. The location next to Sanlitun Taikoo Li was amazing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff were always available to assist and were very accommodating. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the shopping area and other attractions. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the spacious and clean rooms. my xmas experience at this hotel was fantastic!

The only downside was that the rooms could be a bit noisy, as there was no carpeting and noises from the floor above could be heard. Additionally, there was a slight smell of smoke in the room at times, even though it was a non-smoking floor.

We had an amazing stay at a trendy, modern hotel in Beijing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We were disappointed that our tour was cancelled due to weather, but the concierge, Melo, arranged a private car to take us to a different section of the Great Wall. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. we highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable stay.
