The rooms were decently clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The breakfast had a decent variety of food to choose from and the coffee was good. The hotel was located in a relatively quiet area and there was a convenience store nearby for snacks and drinks.

The staff were very unhelpful and lacked any sort of customer service skills. The Wi-Fi was non-existent and made it difficult to stay connected with family during the holiday season.

The restaurant was fabulous, offering delicious food and in-room breakfast. The staff was friendly, providing personalized services and ensured our every need was met.

Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay here, and the location advantages made it easy for us to explore the surroundings. If you're looking for a high-end venue, this hotel is perfect and highly recommended.
