During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were very caring and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities. This made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy my time in Chengdu. Additionally, I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a variety of amenities and facilities, such as a fitness center and spa, which allowed me to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

One aspect that I found disappointing was the presence of unscientific chairs in the room. During my stay, I sat on one of these chairs and ended up falling off, hurting my finger and back in the process.

The hotel's location was also very convenient for exploring the city, as it was close to major attractions and public transportation. Additionally, the gym facilities were well-equipped and allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine during my stay.
