The spacious and quiet room on the executive floors was a pleasant surprise. The separate check-in facilities made the process easy and efficient. The hotel's location close to the subway and the convention center was very convenient for attending events. The staff were kind and helpful, especially the concierges who assisted me with purchasing tickets and arranging my arrival and departure.

It was all superb.

During our recent stay at the convention center hotel, we were impressed by the comfortable rooms and stylish decor. The hotel staff, especially those in the executive lounge, were incredibly helpful and gracious. We had the pleasure of enjoying a stunning view of the Olympic forest from our room. The fitness center, pool, and spa were fantastic amenities that added to our overall satisfaction.

The location, adjacent to the convention center, was convenient for our meetings and conference. Although the underground tunnel was a bit circuitous, we found that the outdoor walkway was faster, especially when the weather permitted.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and soft towels. the hotel provided free daily bottles of water, which was much appreciated, especially in the hot weather. the check, in/check, out process was quick and the staff's English level was good. the hotel had a convenient location near a subway line, which made it easy to get around the city.

The breakfast buffet could get crowded at times, and there were instances when items weren't being replenished quickly enough. the food at the hotel's restaurant and room service was disappointing, lacking flavor and creativity.

The rooms were clean and spacious. the hotel staff was friendly and efficient.

The communication with the staff was somewhat inefficient due to their limited English skills. the room was cold and the housekeeper was unable to adjust the temperature.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the spacious and clean rooms, and the convenient location near key attractions. the rooms were large and well, appointed, providing plenty of space for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel was situated within walking distance of popular tourist sites, making it easy to explore the city. One more advantage I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay were the limited dining options and the lack of convenient transportation. the hotel had only a few restaurant choices, which made it difficult to find variety in dining options.

I recently stayed at the China National Convention Center Grand Hotel for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently connected to the convention center on both B1 and 2F, making it perfect for attending meetings and events. The nearby subway station offers a variety of great restaurants, adding to the convenience of the location. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering assistance with transportation and making the overall experience enjoyable. I also appreciated the excellent facilities and amenities provided, including an iron and ironing board, and the efficient Wi-Fi signal throughout the hotel.

I do recommend this hotel.

the luxurious amenities provided in the room were fulfilling. the clean, spacious room was elegantly decorated and furnished with high, quality essentials. the gym and swimming pool were well, equipped and provided a great workout experience. the fine dining and lounge areas were impressive.

The location was not favorable for sightseeing as it was far from the city center, and needed a taxi ride of at least an hour to reach any tourist destination. Only one minor issue with the slow Wi, Fi, which was resolved promptly by the staff.

Connected to Convention Center, convenient for conferences. Large rooms, well-stocked bathroom. Friendly staff, multilingual bellboys and chambermaids. Worthwhile for CCP members. Higher deposit, but manageable with proper planning.

Convenient location near subway, conference center, and shopping mall. Clean, comfortable room with great views. Underground access is handy and the lounge on the 16th floor is useful. Good buffet breakfast, but cheaper options available elsewhere. Would stay again.

The rooms were spacious and bright, with beautiful floor, to, ceiling windows and a great view. the gym was small but well, equipped, and I appreciated the free weights and the treadmill with the built, in fan and TV. the hotel also had free WiFi with decent coverage.

One major issue was the lack of soundproofing between connecting rooms. I had a hard time sleeping because of a family next door with a screaming child.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The comfortable bed and the prompt room service were simply amazing. The non-smoking room was meticulously cleaned, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment. The hotel facilities, including the big gym with its many workout machines, were top-notch. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and most of them spoke English fluently. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with its closeness to the subway, shopping mall, and Olympic Park. From the hotel, I was able to enjoy beautiful views of the Bird's Nest, water cube, and the bustling Olympic Green where people engaged in various activities like walking, biking.

For us, it was ideal.

Perfect location for the China National Convention Centre with a walkway connecting the hotel. Large, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and lots of natural light. Taxis readily available outside the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers or visitors to the convention center.

Handy concierge, quick cooling service, fabulous breakfast, mixture of Chinese and Western food, daily bottled water supply.
