Incredible Views and Impressive Service

During my stay at China World Summit Wing, I was blown away by the remarkable views from the 64th floor reception. The hotel's opulent and stylish rooms were well-appointed, boasting the generous floor plate that the Shang brand is renowned for. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a unique touch, although it was a bit hot for my liking.

Despite a minor issue with the AC initially diffusing cold air, the duty manager promptly provided a heater, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We stayed in a luxurious hotel with a convenient location, just a short walk from the subway interchange. The Grill Restaurant was highly recommended, offering delicious food and attentive staff. Our room had a stunning view of the city and mountains, and it was spacious and modern. The service was impeccable, with quick room service and a top-notch breakfast buffet. The facilities, including the TV screen within the bathroom mirror, were impressive.

The language barrier with the reception staff was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel had a connected mall and a nice rooftop view of the city's skyline. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty food and beverages to choose from.

Here, we experienced true luxury and exclusivity. The room had magnificent views of the skyline, and the amenities offered were top-notch. The spa centre was a real treat for us, and the indoor swimming pool was well-maintained and relaxing. The staff made us feel special, providing exceptional service with in-room breakfast and restaurant options that were simply divine.

One issue was the hefty deposit required upon arrival. Though understanding policy, it was a bit frustrating as it was quite high and limited spending.
