We had a fantastic stay here! The location was superb, as it was somewhat out of the city center but still conveniently close to other attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to assist us. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette with a washing machine and dryer. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and the soft pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel had very clean rooms with lots of useful amenities. The bed was nice and comfy and the breakfasts were good. The fast wi-fi was a plus.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the spacious and clean room. the room service was efficient and kept the room tidy throughout my stay. the staff at the hotel were very friendly and spoke good English, which made communication easy. I also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was just a short walk to the nearby bus station. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit popular attractions such as the city wall, the drum tower, and the Terracotta Museum.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. the breakfast staff was not very friendly and the dining experience was not enjoyable.

One of the positive aspects is its proximity to a large shopping mall, where guests can find everything they need. the hotel is situated near Xi'an Jiaotong University campus, making it a convenient choice for those visiting the university.

The breakfast options at the hotel are limited for foreigners, with mostly Chinese dishes available.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities including a gym, coin-operated laundry, and a steam/sauna room. The comfortable beds, good shower, and reliable wifi made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient as it was right next to a grocery store and many restaurants. It was also only a short bus ride away from the city wall.

Convenient location, just a short bus ride from the walled city. Comfortable Western-style accommodations at a great price. Excellent gym facilities with yoga studio and steam/sauna room. Helpful and reliable staff, especially when it comes to retrieving lost items. Can't thank them enough!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was so comfortable and had all the amenities I could imagine, like a cozy sitting area, ironing facilities, and even a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel staff were also a big plus, as they could speak English and were always helpful. I also loved the location, as it was close to a big shopping mall and a beautiful city park where I could leisurely stroll among the locals. I would highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is somewhat out of the city center, but that actually turned out to be a great thing. It was a quick and affordable bus ride to the walled city, and I got more value for my money compared to staying in the city center.
