the spacious room with comfy mahogany furniture was a nice touch. clean and well-appointed, it offered good light blocking curtains for a restful night. being close to the airport was convenient, and the friendly staff made our experience even better. the facilities, including the swimming pool open from 10 am to 10 pm, added to our enjoyable stay.

I kindly informed the hotel about using their service. the hotel's banquet hall, restaurants, and recreational club were splendid. I enjoyed a refreshing dip in the award-winning pool.

Upon arrival, I found the complimentary shuttle had departed early. I was left waiting for over 2 hours at the airport. the Wi-Fi was unreliable, limiting online activities. Breakfast quality and coffee left much to be desired. Despite these issues, I ultimately recommend this hotel.

Great service from the start; staff helped me with car service. This place has all I need: Internet, free parking, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, pool, spa. Feels like home. I keep coming back for city breaks.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, allowing me to check in early and providing prompt and efficient service. the room was cozy and comfortable, and the complimentary airport transfer was a great convenience. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the temperature control in the room was not functioning properly, leaving the room uncomfortably hot.
