I was impressed by the hotel facilities, especially the gym, ironing room, and dining area with available computers. It was quite convenient as it was located near the train station and shopping mall, providing plenty of options for dining and transportation. the staff members were friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable.

One issue I encountered was the room size, which was small and more suitable for solo travelers. Another downside was that it was further away from the city center, making the train ride back home long.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were extremely pleased with our experience. The location is superb, being near the train station and right next to an extremely large shopping mall. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and also indulge in some retail therapy. The hotel also offers a range of services such as car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, and shuttle service, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service and speaking good English. The rooms were perfect, with adequate size for one or two people, and the facilities provided, such as the washing machine, dryer, and gym. We also loved the artsy decoration in the lobby, which gave the hotel a stylish and modern vibe.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to our friends. The price/quality ratio is one of the best in the city, and the spacious lobby with English-speaking staff added to the positive experience.
