city of dreams exceeded our expectations during valentine's day with its exceptional service, from the helpful and flexible front desk personnel to the attentive and caring service staff at breakfast. we were impressed by the modern design of the hotel, the convenient room setup, and the varied breakfast options. the gym and outdoor pool were also enjoyable for relaxation.

Check-in and check-out process could be improved with shorter queues.

The sparkling lights and decorations were really impressive and made us feel the Christmas spirit right away. the free shuttle service was really convenient and allowed us to explore around without hassle, plus the driver was really friendly. the cookies left in our room were a nice touch and added an extra festive feel.

The bed was uncomfortably firm, definitely not ideal for a good night's sleep. the shower setup was inconvenient and made it hard to get a relaxing shower.

They were friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of this hotel is excellent, with easy access to the airport and other attractions. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel was a convenient way to explore the area. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and gym facilities during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the centre of the complex gambling and within walking distance to many popular casinos. The room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like robes and slippers. The bathroom was also great, with a heated mirror to clear up condensation. The staff were attentive and responsive, and the breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of food. we had a wonderful experience!

Asking staff to book a restaurant at another hotel was a bit painful. They seemed confused and struggled to find the right information.

We had a fantastic stay at City Of Dreams- the Countdown. the hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient, with the Taipa Ferry Terminal just minutes away. We made good use of the free shuttle buses, which helped us save on transportation costs. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a breathtaking view of the Cotai Strip. We were impressed by the excellent service and the helpfulness of the staff. the hotel's facilities, including the pool and the in-house restaurants, were top-notch.

During my recent stay at the City of Dreams - The Countdown, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of the Corner Suite. The room provided a relaxing environment with a large king bed and a breathtaking view from the 28th floor. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a crib, sterilizing machine, and a baby bath tub for my family, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent, being situated next to the Venetian and Sands resorts. Additionally, the staff displayed excellent manners and were attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
