From the moment I entered the hotel, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Check-in was smooth, thanks to Pamela. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, right next to Citygate Outlet and Ngong Ping Cable Car. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff was helpful and attentive throughout my stay.

Spending my xmas holiday at this hotel was an incredible experience. the hotel location was perfect as it was close to a shopping mall and attractions. we were provided with a complimentary airport shuttle bus service. the room was clean, cozy, and offered impressive views of the city.

Although the bed and the room were spacious, the air conditioning didn't work well, and we had trouble adjusting the temperature. the shower door leaked water to the room and there were only two sets of slippers provided, which was not enough for our family of three.

The value for money was great, with a lovely room and stunning view. The location was convenient, with easy access to the MTR and mall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay special.

I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel in a prime location for my trip. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to provide a complementary tart to celebrate a birthday. The sleek design and great facilities made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Despite the bustling location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The room amenities were top-notch, including Airplay compatibility on the TV for streaming. The hotel also had U.K. plugs and USB ports, eliminating the need for extra adapters. a wonderful experience.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the staff allowed us to check in early. The hotel facilities are great, with a beautiful bar and a good restaurant offering a healthy buffet for lunch. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is conveniently located next to the cable car to the Big Buddha and is well-connected to bus and MTR transportation grounds.

I had an amazing stay at Mgallery. The design of the property was stunning and the rooms were clean and cozy. I felt completely relaxed throughout my entire stay. The location was extremely convenient, with the MTR right beside the hotel and the outlet mall attached. The shuttle bus was also a great convenience. I especially appreciated the Japanese-style bidet in the bathroom, a rare find in Hong Kong. The views from my room were breathtaking and the amenities provided were top-notch. The staff, especially Carmela at the front desk, had excellent customer engagement skills. I highly recommend this hotel.

While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited television channels and a malfunctioning water boiler, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. The comfort of the bed and temperature control of the air conditioning could also be improved.

During my recent stay at The Silveri, I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location, connected to the mall. The proximity to the mall made it easy for me to explore and shop. The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring I had a pleasant stay. The cleaning staff were friendly and attentive, keeping my room clean and tidy throughout my visit.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, I did encounter a couple of drawbacks. I found the door to be quite heavy and difficult to open.
