Ope, the check-in was smooth, thanks to Pamela. The staff made us feel like family, especially when they gifted our baby a fluffy panda! The whole vibe was friendly and welcoming. Can’t forget to mention those fantastic showers. I could’ve stayed there all day! Ya betcha I’ll be back for more of that!

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast buffet was simply delicious, and the pool area was lovely despite being a bit chilly. Unfortunately, the check-in process could use some improvement, but overall, I'd return!

The Classic Room was impressively spacious and immaculately clean, with luxurious amenities that made for a pampered experience. I enjoyed the complimentary bread, which was a nice touch during breakfast alongside a rich selection of dishes and good coffee. The location was a major advantage, offering direct access to the Citygate Outlets and local supermarkets. However, the early check-in process could use some refinement, as it felt a bit rushed during peak times. Overall, a comfortable stay with beautiful surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay with easy access to the Citygate Outlets, which offered plenty of food options, especially during the storm. The location was just 15 minutes from the airport and adjacent to the cable car to the Big Buddha, making our sightseeing effortless. Our room was clean with a great view and had multiple USB charging slots that really enhanced our stay.

Business travelers will love it

Had a nice dinner at Enclave the staff were super friendly and attentive also gave shoutout to Nicholas and Ika for going the extra mile. Breakfast was great too cozy spot and the food spread was a solid start to the day.

Loved the automatic toilet, soundproof room, and ample USB charging slots. The view was breathtaking, especially at sunset!

I enjoyed a pleasant experience during my stay, especially the afternoon tea at The Pavilion. The selection of sandwiches, scones, and sweet treats paired well with the prosecco. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the shopping outlets, allowing for easy exploration. After a long flight, the early check-in made a big difference. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout. On a personal note, the tree smell in the hotel reminded me of home in Italy.
