The service provided during my New Year stay was great. the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, giving me an upgrade to my room. the location of the hotel was superb, with a shopping mall just downstairs and the nearest metro station a few minutes' walk away. the view from my room was also amazing and gave me a panoramic view of the city skyline.

The breakfast had very little variety, and the bathtub in my room was too small. the front desk design and room cleanliness left something to be desired.

Impeccable service, friendly receptionist, excellent information source, high floor corner room, stunning river view, convenient location.
