As a solo traveler, I loved the excellent service and attention to detail provided by the staff. The room service food was fantastic and the location was perfect for exploring shopping centers and casinos. The hotel is connected to other hotels and a variety of shops and restaurants, making it convenient to explore without stepping outside.

The staff at Conrad was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We were particularly impressed by Ms Yumi Onuki, Head of Guest Relations, who took excellent care of us and made our trip extra special. The service at the executive lounge and front desk was also top-notch, and we appreciated the exceptional service provided by Mr Forest Ma at Orbit Restaurant. The hotel itself was amazing, with spacious rooms, well-stocked amenities, and a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast selection at the executive lounge was exceptional, and we were consistently impressed with the high level of attention to detail in every aspect of our stay. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel had a great gym and pool, perfect for squeezing in a workout before meetings. the rooms were also very spacious and clean. the best part was the location, which was just a short walk away from restaurants and shopping centers.

The wifi was spotty at times, which made it difficult to get work done in the room. the staff at the front desk were not as friendly as I had hoped they would be.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious hotel in Macau. The location was ideal, just outside the ferry terminal, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel was also situated in the center of the entertainment district, providing easy access to all the casinos and attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower replica. The bathroom was well-maintained with modern amenities. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a variety of delicious options to choose from. The facilities, such as the gym and executive lounge, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience.

The price of the hotel was a bit on the higher side compared to other options in the area.

Smooth check-in, decent in-room dining, nice room upgrade. Some cleanliness hiccups but staff tried their best to fix them. Friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle service, luxurious and comfortable room. Elegant lobby, connected to shopping mall, walkable distance to casino. Comfortable bed, very clean room. Nice buffet breakfast, complimentary baby gift set. Professional and friendly staff, fantastic lobby away from crowds. Shanghai Tang toiletries, comfortable beds. a comfortable stay without needing to venture out much.

The suite in this hotel was amazing! It had exclusive amenities and was beautifully designed. the staff was wonderful and accommodating, providing delicious in-room breakfast and excellent service. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool with its relaxing Jacuzzi and sauna, perfect for a luxurious spa and wellness experience. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a proper UX design and execution for the hotel's systems. A better-designed feedback submission process would be appreciated. this hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs and provided an exceptional stay.
