We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the central business area and visit attractions like May 4th Plaza. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even though some of them had limited English skills. They made every effort to answer our questions and provide us with accurate information. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The daily housekeeping service kept everything tidy and welcoming. We especially appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided each day. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

Great central location in a buzzing area with plenty of shops nearby. The restaurant offered a range of tasty dishes to suit everyone's taste buds. Our room was comfortable, with everything we needed to relax after a busy day exploring the city.

The front desk staff could have been more knowledgeable about the hotel facilities. the soundproofing of the room could have been better, as we could hear some noise from outside.

Great value for money, close to bus stop, Carrefour across the street, indoor swimming pool and gym, nice selection at breakfast.
